Veritas awarded the Equality Scale of FKA

Veritas had the honour to be awarded the Equality Scale of FKA (the Association of Women Business Leaders in Iceland) at a conference in Harpa on October 12. The title of the conference was “We all lose by homogeneity – Equality is a decision.”  Thoranna Jonsdottir, Veritas’s CEO, accepted the award on the company’s behalf.

Annually, (FKA) awards the Equality Scale to companies that have succeeded in levelling the gender balance in its management top layer. The Equality Scale is a catalyst project led by FKA and the goal is that in 2027 the sex ratio will be 40/60 in the executive boards of companies in Iceland.
